Match Report Press Report

Totton Heat - withdrawn Lost to LoS Racketeers.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 7 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Neil Moore, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 1 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 60 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Alwyn Lewis.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 2 string, Elvin Booth, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, Elvin Booth, who over-turned a 331 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
