Match Report Press Report

Nuffield Nobles Beat LoS Racketeers.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 1 string should have been the closest, with only 22 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Alwyn Lewis, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 64 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Mark Millard.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 3 string, Neil Moore, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 3 string, Neil Moore, who over-turned a 439 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
