Match Report Press Report

Avenue All Stars Beat Totton Heat - withdrawn.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 1 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. This turned out to be the case with a Home win.

On paper, the number 2 string should have been the closest, with only 0 ranking points separating the two players before the match. Home advantage prevailed though, with Darren Morrison winning through.

It was the number 3 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 62 Points ! Victory finally going to the Home Player, Malcolm Wood.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 1 string, Ed Hall, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 1 string, Ed Hall, who over-turned a 434 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
